I have another sweet nursery project to share with you today! My clients have a modern, minimalist style and prefer neutral shades with smaller touches of color in the accessories. In addition to sticking with light colors, they agreed that an animal theme (in moderation, of course!) would be a perfect fit for their baby boy's nursery.
For the design concept, I chose light neutral shades (whites, grays and beiges) and brought in some subtle color with the adorable artwork, lion head and pillows. All the larger pieces have a very simple, understated style that will make the space feel very serene. Plus a lot of the items could always be repurposed for future babies which is always a bonus!
Here is the current state of the nursery with the accent wall and larger furniture. It's already looking so cute, just needs the finishing touches to cozy it up and personalize it for the little guy.
Also in the design plan is a small bookshelf to go next to the glider, floating shelves on the wall with books and accessories, cream curtains and a little animal mobile. Check back in a few weeks to see the final after pictures!
